Does IP integrate with any E-Comm Script? Integration allows the user to only have to log in once.

If you are talking about e-commerce, then no.

Does the IP's API allow for sharing of data base tables or data?

Are you asking about table sharing between two installations of ImpressPages? Like a single ser table for two ImpressPages installations?
No. There is no such feature.
But if you have both installations on the same database, you will access tables from both installations.
By the way: ImpressPages 1.0.9 (it is in rc3 status) has a feature to copy content between two ImpressPages installations. Might be this helps you?

Hi Maskas, Sorry for the delay in response to your reply. No, am not talking about sharing between two IP installs, I want to share tables with a 3rd party script. One such script is AjaxChat https://blueimp.net/ajax/ This script does not have a database it uses a txt file. However you could pass and validate the IP user_name to AjaxChat - via the "?login=true" statement. What ultimately would be needed is that AjaxChat reads the IP user_id (user_name +pass) then opens up a chat session. If validation is true, open chat session and display IP user_name at login. Can IP's API accommodate this?

I have not used ajaxChat before. But I think ImpressPages has everything needed to write a plugin for ajaxChat.
