RC1: no texteditor

There are no text editors in RC1 when inserting rich text to a area.

If I drag and drop "Rich Text" on the "Video" page, no text-editor appears. It seems that not all pages will activate the TinyMCE editor

Sometimes first time you add a widget, administration tools does not initiate. The reason is unknown. But if you save the page and try again, probably everything will be fine. Working on that.
