UPDATE : problem solved on line 18 i replaced this: <link href="site.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" /> with this: <link href="http://mydomain.com/ip_themes/ip_default/site.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" /> and it did the trick, no more nasty error emails !  Sokolowski, many thanks for your reply i just read it, yours more professional solution i will try yours now too... thank you again, very much appreciated

All your posted lines look correct for me, except this one:
also same file line 18
<link href="site.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
it is in PHP file or from browser source?

it is in PHP file or from browser source? sorry, i meant this file on line 18 /ip_themes/ip_default/main.php and yes the problem was ( you need the full path for the css file ) when replaced the site.css with actual value ( http://mydomain.com/ip_themes/ip_default/site.css ) it solved the problem, i am sure you can put some php code instead of the actual link but for a none coder is a bounce, it dose the job for now )

its looks like a April foll, but its little to early Mega take fresh installation, because most problems which you described here are from yours bugs and changes
