Which version of ImpressPages are you using and what do you mean by publish? If the website were build already on web server. Then what do you do to publish it?

Hi Dam, I got exactly the same fatal error. But I run ImpressPages on my local apache for testing purposes. It would be great if you could let me know the changes which have been done by your hoster. It looks like a general setting. Thanks in advance... Bernfried

Just try more tools. My favorites XAMPP and EasyPHP. None of them had problems as you describe.

Bernfried,
What "platform" are you running your server on? WAMP, XAMP, LAMP? What extensions do you have enabled for php? What modules do you have enabled for Apache?

I use XAMPP the most on Windows and Linux. Also I use easyPHP. I don't remember for sure, but these tools have everything built in. The only thing you might need to do is to enable mod_rewrite and curl(optional) in php.ini. I don't remember XAMPP or EASYPHP needs that.

Hi Bernfried, In my case the impresspages was installed on the hosting server and the DBname assigned to it was wrong on the hosting server. I checked the configuration and found out the peoblem. The right Database was assigned. That was how the problem solved. I advised that you checked your database configuration well.
Viel Glück
