Hello
I'm upgrading from 1.0.10 to 1.0.11 and I get the following errors:
Notice: Use of undefined constant UPLOAD_DIRECTORIES - assumed 'UPLOAD_DIRECTORIES' in C:\xampp\htdocs\update\scripts\update_1_0_10_to_1_0_11\script.php on line 192
Notice: Use of undefined constant UPLOAD_FILES - assumed 'UPLOAD_FILES' in C:\xampp\htdocs\update\scripts\update_1_0_10_to_1_0_11\script.php on line 207
Local update mode with xampp
Any suggestions?

Ignore them. It is a bug that appears updating to 1.0.11, but it does not affect the quality of update process. Once again: just ignore them and everything will be fine.
