How to insert a second content editable from administration area.
different to any page?

I possible?

You cannot have a secondary content editable area for draggable widgets. At least for now. This feature is in our roadmap.

However, if you need some basic content editing solution, you can add there a parameter in the same way as you can edit copyright at the bottom left corner on every page.
