You need to detect the elements you want to float and add 'float: left' style for them (on css file). Use Firebug for detection and testing. Make sure you're not breaking other widgets.

one more question. how change category item list image size now is 100px x 100px i need 200px x 200px i view all source but i can't find it. Pleas help

Look for options in

Developer -> Modules Config -> Catalog -> Items options

Here you will find dimensions how images are cropped.

But by default images are cropped in two sizes: 400x400 and 200x200

Your images are 100x100 because they have class: ipWidgetTextPhotoImageSmallLeft.

You can change properties of this class in your theme ip_content.css or remove that class in ip_plugin/catalog/zone/template.php
