Hi

First, great job and many thanks for this CMS.

I've downloaded boot version (1.0.8 and 1.0.9) including several templates but I couldn't find a template where I can use a drop down menu on the top (similar like your page http://www.impresspages.org). For me this is one of the most important thinks to have.

The other thinks is, how to create a template or page just with a top navigation without sub-menu left or right. The templates on your site for downloading
are quite similar?

Many thanks

thx
sonic

Everything depends on you. Themes are pure PHP/HTML/CSS/JS files. You can edit anything in any way you like. If you don't need left menu, don't print it. If you need drop down menu, print more than one level of it and style it in this way. ImpressPages CMS outputs standard compliant code. Nevertheless, you can override it.

Read ImpressPages CMS documentation for all those tasks at http://www.impresspages.org/docs/

thanks for your answer.
I know that templates are based on html/php/css/javascript and I know that's possible to make some changes on it.
The question was more if you can provide a template with drop down menu as basis template. It would be easier for other people if they can use a standard template.

Try this theme - http://www.impresspages.org/extensions/ ... nstructor/

As far as I remember I saw one website with this theme and drop down top menu. However, I'm not sure that it was the original. Try it. If it's not then you gonna need to play with CSS by yourself. At least for now.

Another option, you can develop such theme and share with others.
