Hello,

When you modify a content without saving, when you move to another page a dialog asks if you want to move or stay on that page.

The default button is Quit the page, the most dangerous choice.

Making the other button the default one would be probably better.

This is a default browser behavior. Each browser acts differently. There is no way to alter that.
