RC1: Footer not editable?

If it is should be like in v1,
moving the mouse over the footer class area does not show the Edit buttons.

No, footer is static.

OK, was surprised because the © translatable string line are still in the editable Module.
But of course user is not obliged to use that strings.

Before launching a stable version we'll go through all the parameters and remove unused ones. Or we may keep them for backward compatibility if there is a chance for update from v1. But it's still doubtful. The future will show
