Set a page to "Inactive without Link". Go to Content Mgt, click on its button/menu to display it.
As it is disabled, can no display it, can not edit then. Must use Menu Mgt Right click to open it.
This switch should be 'disabled' when in CMS, something must indicate it is disabled. An icon in menu mgt hierachical list and on top or content mgt page are (on the right of 'Advanced' button). A locker ?

So this is just a request for an unique icon for disabled (without link) pages?

Just an idea because nothing is visible. For one person it's ok, but if you have several editors, it might be confusing.
