I want to update my version 1.x to 2.x. But i get a problem. I followed these steps: uploaded update folder in the root folder, then whent to mysite.com/update and got message, that script cant identify my system. Whats up with that? What should I do ?

Unfortunately you cannot update from the 1.x platform to the 2.x platform at this time. I know the IP team is working hard at possibly having an import/export option for the future, but as far as I know there is no such work-around available yet.

Yes. It is impossible to update from 1.x to 2.x. And there is no content export / import script yet.
