ImpressPages CMS has unique copy & paste system. It cleans out any unnecessary styling, but leaves links, lists, bold, italic, underline and adopts them to your website style. That's why it is so easy to copy content from another sources to your website.

These widgets are very similar, but differ in copy and paste algorithms. The text widget does not allow you to enter tables. However if you paste a table from excel to a text widget, your table will be transformed to plain text;  this feature is very useful when you copy content from other websites where the the content is styled using table layout.

Table widget allow to paste tables and even transforms them into your website style. So use it if you need to publish tables.
