As we promised, we are happy to show you the preview of upcomming ImpressPages CMS 2.0.

You can check it on our Demo service. When creating a new website select ImpressPages 2.0 to be installed for you.

Despite that this is only a preview version (with some bugs, to be honest) you can start checking new experience:

• working with images: cropping and dragging
• multiple file uploads: for images and files
• drag widgets not only inside content area but also onto the sidebar
• pages have versions and you can publish any of it
• check new widget architecture and already start planing your own widgets

You will like it.

From ImpressPages 2.0 we are changing the versioning strategy. Earlier we had double-dot version, i.e. ImpressPages CMS 1.0.14. From now it will be only one-dot separation, i.e. ImpressPages CMS 2.0.

This is a reason why we changing the name of the next major release from 1.1 to 2.0. We hope it will make much more sense for everyone and will help to track releases easier.

Keep in mind that this is only a preview. You'll find all new features but they could be buggy. Please be patient.
