Releasing ImpressPages CMS 1.0.14 for new bug fixes and adding French installation script.

The changes:

• search bug on empty string
• menu management special icon for invisible pages
• xml sitemap error404 fix
• French installation script
• several other small fixes

Nevertheless, ImpressPages 1.1 is under rapid development too.
