ImpressPages 5.0.3

Thanks to Pavel Azanov, we have some important improvements in ImpressPages repository.

Now you can select multiple items by holding a shift key!

Images are lazy loaded!

And a bug fixed regarding forced image deletion.

The Color field fix has been contributed by erenkarayigit.

I (Mangirdas), fixed my own bug in the installation wizard :)
