PHP Email configuration on windows

If you use windows, contact form and other email related functionality probably doesn't work. It is because on windows there is no software to deliver emails from PHP. To fix this, install smtp4dev or similar software.

It doesn't actually deliver your email. It has a window that shows a log of all emails being sent from a website.
